Our Client

I am working with a fast-growing beauty retailer with a strong online presence, offering a wide range of professional haircare and trending cosmetic products. With a loyal and rapidly expanding customer base, the business is continuing to scale and is now looking for a Buying Admin Assistant to support its commercial team.

Responsibilities

  • Chase overdue orders and manage back orders, liaising closely with suppliers and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries
  • Maintain and update stock files, including setting up product codes for new lines
  • Support with product uploads and updates across online channels, including outlet listings
  • Compile and maintain KPI reports to support business performance and decision-making
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as staff timesheets and general team support
  • Provide ad hoc support across the wider business, contributing beyond traditional buying responsibilities

You Are

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines
  • Numerate and analytical, with confidence working with data and spreadsheets
  • A strong communicator with good written and verbal skills
  • Proactive, flexible, and willing to support across different areas of the business
  • Passionate about the beauty industry and eager to develop within a commercial role
