As they continue to expand into new markets, they are looking for a Financial Manager to play a key role in supporting and strengthening the business through its next stage of growth.

The Role

This position goes beyond traditional accounting and reporting; it is about being the operational backbone of a scaling business.

You will ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, overseeing finances, budgeting, contracts, and compliance. Your work will provide the structure and stability that enables the wider team to focus on customers and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day finance operations, including invoicing, payments, payroll, and bookkeeping
  • Complete bi-weekly and monthly account reconciliations
  • Monitor consignment stock and support month-end close, including accruals and adjustments
  • Prepare and analyse sales reports to support informed decision-making
  • Lead month-end processes with appropriate accruals and financial adjustments
  • Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly tax returns
  • Oversee drafting and execution of contracts and supplier agreements

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience in bookkeeping, finance, and operational support
  • Highly organised, methodical, and detail-oriented
  • Able to bring structure and clarity to complex processes
  • Confident using accounting and reporting platforms (e.g. Xero, Stripe, Amazon, Shopify)
  • Proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to work independently
  • A collaborative team player who wants to make a meaningful impact
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong knowledge of VAT, PAYE, and other relevant taxes
  • Flexible and willing to support wider business areas such as sales, logistics, and HR when required
