Job Description
Do you love the smell of fresh sea air and the sizzle of a busy kitchen? Join our friendly team at a relaxed, welcoming café overlooking both the sea and a tranquil lake — the best views from our open-plan kitchen!
We’re on the lookout for a part-time cook to help serve up our popular menu of fish & chips, burgers, salads, and pizzas.
The Details
- Hours: Part-time – Mondays and Tuesdays, with an extra day during summer
- Shifts: Daytime hours most the year and evenings (until 8:30pm) during the summer
- Pay: £12.30–£14.50 per hour, depending on experience
- Kitchen: Spacious and open-plan with panoramic views – no closed-off back kitchens here!
What we’re looking for
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen (bonus if you know your way around a fryer or pizza oven!)
- Someone reliable, positive, and ready to roll up their sleeves
- A love of simple, tasty food and working with a small, supportive team
