Job Title: Sales & Marketing Assistant – Post Production Studio [Employer hidden]

[Employer hidden] are looking to expand our Award-winning team. We’re on the lookout for a driven and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our growing team in Fitzrovia, London. Working closely with our Founders and Marketing Director across both the Production and Marketing departments, this is a unique full-time opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the heart of a leading creative studio — with the flexibility to work both in our central London space and remotely.

Job Summary

We are keen to welcome a highly organized and proactive Sales and Marketing Assistant to support our [Employer hidden] business development and marketing efforts within the longfom and shortform post-production industry. This role requires someone with a passion for advertising, creative content, film, television, and music videos who understands the creative production process and can effectively support sales outreach, sales assets, targetted events, marketing campaigns, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the EP team by preparing pitch decks, reels, and presentations tailored to prospective clients.
  • Manage CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and client communications.
  • Help maintain and update company website, showreels, and social media with new content and project highlights.
  • Support proposal development, project quoting, and contract follow-ups in collaboration with producers and sales staff.
  • Research industry trends, competitors, festivals, and potential collaborators to identify new business opportunities.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating attendance at industry events, in house socials, and client meetings.
  • Organize internal marketing assets such as case studies, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Assist with marketing campaigns promoting our post-production services (editing, color grading, sound design, VFX, etc.).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Film/TV Production, English or a related field.
  • 1+ year experience in a sales, marketing, or production support role—experience in the post-production, production, film & tv, advertising or media industry preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and marketing tools such as Mailchimp.
  • Familiarity with video and design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Final Cut) is a plus.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable handling multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Passion or background in media production, post-production, or creative industries.
  • Understanding of post-production workflows and terminology.
