About the Trainee Solicitor Programme
[Employer hidden] is offering a comprehensive Trainee Solicitor Programme designed to cultivate the next generation of legal professionals. This program aims to develop your legal expertise, commercial awareness, and client-handling skills from day one, with the ultimate goal of nurturing future partners within the firm. We welcome two trainees each September, and many of our current partners began their careers as trainees here.

Structure of the Trainee Scheme
- Induction & Training: Comprehensive induction covering firm systems, policies, and key personnel.
- Seat Rotations: Four six-month seats providing experience across departments such as Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Corporate & Commercial, Residential & Commercial Property, Private Client (Wills, Trusts & Estates), and Family Law.
- Mentorship & Support: Assignment of a supervising solicitor in each seat for continuous guidance, feedback, and support. A designated buddy is also provided for day-to-day queries.
- Professional Development: Regular in-house training, external courses, financial sponsorship for SQE2 assessments (subject to approval), and networking opportunities.

Qualifications: LPC or SQE candidates with a 2:1 degree or higher. For SQE candidates, passing SQE1 is required.
