Job Description

[Employer hidden] Group is seeking qualified and experienced CBT therapists to join their network of affiliate therapists. The role offers flexibility in choosing work patterns and hours, with opportunities to deliver face-to-face and phone/video-based treatments. Successful candidates will possess strong listening, empathy, and communication skills, along with a recognized CBT qualification (ideally Post Graduate Diploma), BABCP accreditation, and at least 2 years of postgraduate CBT experience. Knowledge of the Stepped Care Model and assessment tools like PHQ9 and GAD7 is also required.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A recognised CBT Qualification – ideally Post Graduate Diploma in CBT
• BABCP Accredited Membership (or provisional)
• 2 years+ postgraduate CBT experience, preferably with a variety of diverse client groups.
