You should possess strong listening skills, empathy, communication skills and understanding of the quality standards required to provide first-class clinical care.

Your qualifications and experience should include:

• Appropriate level of UKCP, BACP, COSCA registration/accreditation.
• Experience of assessing patients for and providing individual psychotherapy.
• Utilising of a range of theoretical models and clinical formulation to make recommendations for a treatment plan, including brief interventions and long-term work.
