What You’ll Make Happen

Your role will be integral in supporting our Recruitment and HR function you'll develop a great grounding of HR and will have plenty of opportunities to learn and develop working alongside more experienced members of the team.

  • Working with our HR Manager to deliver exciting HR projects
  • Scheduling and coordinating onboarding/offboarding processes
  • Taking ownership of work time management process
  • Creating policies and procedures that enhance our workplace environment
  • Compiling and processing employee documentation and records, and keeping the employee database up to date
  • Supporting our Managers and Employees from all around the world as a reliable source of information, promptly answering their queries
  • Company benefit management support
  • Preparing and analysing HR reports
  • Managing 1on1 cycles as well as organising performance reviews

Flexibility

We’re a remote-first company and support 100% remote working for this role. We have flexible working hours so we start our day between 8am and 11am. Twice a year we organise team meetings to visit our Edinburgh or Warsaw offices!

Recruitment process

Firstly, you'll meet with Anna (HR Manager) over a Zoom call. We'll get to know you better, explain the role in more detail and answer any questions you have!

We then may invite you to a follow up call (30 mins) with Anna, and Ben, Chief Operations Officer.
