What You’ll Make Happen

What can you expect?

  • Reviewing never-before-seen TV episodes before they’re released
  • Using Adobe Suite to produce high quality short form video content for high profile US TV clients
  • Designing new or working with existing motion graphics packages
  • Suggesting creative solutions and putting forward own ideas for engaging and innovative content
  • Self-evaluating and reviewing own work before presenting to line manager
  • Developing own skills by learning from other team members and through independent research

your expertise

What's important to us:

  • Intermediate to advanced understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop
  • A basic level of proficiency is definitely not a deal-breaker but willingness and determination to learn would be compulsory
  • Excellent eye for detail particularly in regards to typography and layout
  • A strong understanding of Figma
  • Experience and skills in illustration/digital artwork is desirable
  • Experience with producing fun, polished, well-designed assets
  • Knowledge of encoding and optimisation for specific social platforms
  • Ability to work well under the pressure of deadlines while maintaining accuracy Excellent eye for detail
  • Strong editorial sense both visually and in terms of storytelling
  • Ability to adjust well to feedback and changing priorities
  • High work-ethic and self-motivation

Flexibility

We’re a remote-first company and support 100% remote working, usually you will be starting your day at 10am GMT, but to best serve our US clients, we are looking for people who can work at least one late shift (1:30pm-10pm GMT) per week.

So, some days you’ll need to be flexible to work later if there’s a key delivery to a US client, but any time can be taken back.

Recruitment process

Firstly, we will invite you to a first interview - Here you will meet Ciara, our Senior Manager of Content Production, in a 60 minute interview via Zoom. It’s a mix of technical and culture-fit questions as well as providing you with more details about our projects and working in our team.

If the first interview with Ciara goes well, we will invite you to complete a technical design task and attend a final interview (30 minutes) with Nina, our Head of Content Production – for a mix of technical and culture-fit questions.
