PROJECT MANAGER
[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] LTD are a licensed asbestos removal company serving both the private and public sector, throughout the whole of the UK. Due to impressive growth over the last 5 years, we are looking to take on a Contract’s Manager within our new office in Ayr.

Duties/ Responsibilities
- Attend pre-contract meetings and site visits
- Carry out site remeasures
- Create and issue quotations
- Produce all relevant method statements for the planned works ahead
- Ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget
- Agree client and subcontract final accounts
- Promote and maintain health and safety, including site inspections to ensure safety rules are being followed
- Carry out site audits
- Deal with and resolve any problems that occur during the project
- Submission of monthly interim valuations
Desired Skills/Attributes
- Relevant Degree (preferably honours)
- Clean driving licence
- Ability to use Microsoft Office suite, including Excel (required)
