About the Role
Our role with this private residential remodelling, extension and refurbishment in Reigate was to project manage a complete house makeover, provide a quantity surveying role and act as Contact Administrator for the construction and final phases of completion.
This was a real transformation project with the original 1980s house on the site being poorly laid out and not suitable for a growing family. The client wanted something that was more attractive to the eye and a contemporary inside catering for their needs. Work included remodelling and extension of the existing property, new windows, insulated rendering across the whole outside of the house and complete refurbishment inside. We worked closely with designers Back to Front Exterior Design and main contractor Riverside Construction Company Ltd to provide an efficient and well managed build.
