Early Years Practitioner
[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and fully qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our committed team on a full-time basis.
We are a community-focused setting passionate about providing high-quality childcare and early education, while making a real difference to the families we support.
About the Role
- Provide high-quality care and education
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children’s learning and development
- Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment
- Work in partnership with parents and carers
- Contribute positively as part of a professional and supportive team
- Use your own initiative to support children’s individual needs
- Uphold safeguarding, health and safety, and setting policies at all times
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Be A fully qualified practitioner with at least 2 years’ experience.
- Be passionate about supporting children’s development
- Demonstrate enthusiasm, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
- Be hard-working and reliable
- Show initiative and confidence in daily practice
- Work effectively as part of a team
- Be committed to making a difference within our community
