Voids Co-Ordinator

Working within [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] Property Maintenance Services as the Voids Coordinator you will be required to – Provide advanced technical advice, within Property Maintenance, for all our clients interpreting customer requirements to understand and exceed their needs. Conduct regular inspections of all Housing and Non-housing stock in order to ensure they are maintained to meet the standards required by legislation, regulation and statutory requirements. Assist the Capital Team Leader with the delivery of various void and capital programmes, including pre/post inspections, programming and ordering of materials. Provide effective leadership by creating a culture of teamwork and flexibility. Candidates should have demonstrable experience of the key areas of the role profile, be an excellent communicator with advanced ICT skills and be prepared to work flexibly within a fast paced and dynamic environment.
