Job Description

Assist to the delivery of an efficient service for the maintenance and upkeep of parks, open spaces and landscaped areas within East Ayrshire in order to assist with the promotion, delivery and integration of the Council’s key objectives specifically in relation to Community Planning, Single Outcome Agreement, Best Value and the Council’s Transformation Strategy.

Responsibilities

The Individual

These posts are temporary full time and are based at Western Road Depot, Kilmarnock or Ayr Road Depot, Cumnock. Please state on your application form which location you are applying for. A full Current Driving Licence Category C1 + E is required for this post. The hours for the post is 37 hours per week and the work pattern is: Monday - Thursday 7.15am - 3.15pm and Friday 7.15am - 2.45pm The annual salary is between £27,686 - £28,860 per annum. These posts are temporary until 30th September 2026.
