Successful candidates will be based in the company’s Sales and Marketing department, a collaborative, client facing team in the heart of the business, directly contributing to the company’s rapid expansion.
In this role, you will be:
- Strategically cultivating suitable potential clients on Chinese internet platforms and Chinese social networking sites;
- Designing and circulating marketing messages to attract leads;
- Arranging and attending consultative sales meetings with potential clients;
- Attending follow up meetings with potential clients, discussing their needs and handling objections;
- Holding meetings to conclude sales;
- Briefing the programme management team about new clients’ requirements;
Skills, attributes, experience and qualifications required for this post:
Essential
- Education: Undergraduate degree or above from a recognised university;
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal ability in both English and [Employer hidden]; able to present information clearly and with confidence;
- Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently, working under pressure;
- Sales Orientation: Enthusiastic and target-driven approach motivated to pursue a career in Sales;
- Experience of using social media platforms e.g. WeChat
Desirable
- Experience of working within a customer service or in a sales environment;
- Adaptability: Willingness to adapt and learn about [Employer hidden] Consulting’s programs and services to effectively explain and sell them to clients;
- Client Focused, with a creative mind and good attention to detail;
- Initiative: Proactive approach towards identifying opportunities for business growth, and taking ownership of tasks to drive results;
