Full time hours, term-time, permanent Receptionist and Administrator.

We are seeking an exceptionally organised, confident and personable School Receptionist and Administrator to be the welcoming face of our busy and thriving school. This is a fast-paced, varied role at the heart of school life, where no two days are the same.

As the first point of contact for pupils, parents, staff and visitors, you will set the tone for the school with your warm, calm and professional approach. You will manage a wide range of administrative tasks, support the daily running of the school office, and help ensure that all enquiries—whether in person, by phone or by email—are handled efficiently and with care. This position requires someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys being at the centre of activity. Customer facing experience, strong multitasking skills and fantastic attention to detail are essential.

Due to the busy nature of the role, resilience, confidence and the ability to stay calm under pressure are vital.
