We’re partnering with a boutique investment management firm based in South West London, looking to hire a Junior KYC Officer & Administrator to join a small, close-knit team where personality, attitude and attention to detail really matter.

This is an entry-level role for someone who enjoys being hands-on, takes pride in doing things properly, and is comfortable being the dependable “go-to” person in a busy office environment.

What the role involves

  • Supporting the business across client administration, onboarding and day-to-day operations
  • Managing KYC / AML checks, client documentation and record-keeping with a high level of accuracy
  • Preparing client materials, reports and presentations
  • Coordinating meetings, diaries and account paperwork
  • Acting as a friendly, professional point of contact for clients and external parties
  • Jumping on client calls when needed and helping resolve queries efficiently
  • Getting involved in general office tasks and ad-hoc projects in a small team setting

What they’re looking for

  • A degree is required to be considered for this role
  • 1–3 years’ experience in an administrative, client support or task-focused role
  • A good personality — approachable, confident, and comfortable dealing with people
  • Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset
  • Exceptional attention to detail and pride in producing accurate, well-organised work
  • The ability to multi-task, prioritise and stay calm in a fast-moving environment
  • A proactive, can-do attitude — this is a small office where everyone chips in
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Able to commute to the South West London office at least two days per week

Why this role?

  • Small office with a genuinely supportive culture
  • Exposure to the inner workings of an investment management firm
  • Hybrid working (3 days from home)
  • Salary in the region of £30,000–£40,000, depending on experience

This role would suit someone early in their career who wants to learn, grow, and become a trusted part of a close-knit team, rather than being one of many in a large corporate.
