Customer Outcome Manager

Overview

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] are delighted to be partnering with a leading financial services firm as they look to hire an experienced leader to manage the UK customer testing programme. As the lead of the Customer Outcome Testing team, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing the testing team, enhancing the testing strategy and collaborating with senior stakeholders across the UK business.

Candidate requirements

- Outcome testing or Quality Assurance experience in a regulated environment

- Ability to lead a testing programme delivering results through others

- An ability to self-identify process improvements to improve efficiency, and then execute them

- Great stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence and collaborate with a wide range of different people

Where and how you’ll work

This is a permanent position based in the firms Nottingham office and follows a hybrid working model which gives flexibility to work from the office and from home with 3 days in the office.  Flexible working arrangements are available.
