[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] located in Derby is on the lookout for a dedicated Parts Advisor -  Back Counter/Warehouse Person to join our friendly team providing exceptional levels of service to our customers. The position will see you working: Monday to Friday 5.00am - 14.00pm Alternate Saturdays 5.00am - 10.00am

Salary - £27500 - £28500

As a Parts Advisor Back Counter/Warehouse Person at [Employer hidden] in Derby we will be looking for you to be able to demonstrate:

Main duties will be:

We require a Parts Advisor Back Counter/Warehouse Person who can provide a thorough service to our customers internally to ensure our automotive customers vehicles are back on road within the shortest time possible

  • To assist the growth of workshop parts sales in order to achieve back counter sales and GP budget, and your individual targets and objectives, ensuring that associated parts opportunities are identified and maximised.
  • To adhere to staff rota’s to cover holiday/sick absence, overtime and callouts as necessary.
  • To ensure that parts identification is prompt and accurate to minimise technician waiting time, maximising the use of pre-picks to support out of hours.
  • To ensure that all service department requests for price and availability are responded to promptly.
  • To pick parts in line with customer requirements
  • Produce all invoices/return notes correctly in accordance with audit requirements, all to be processed by the end of day.
  • To ensure the warehouse is stocked accurately.
  • To carry out accurate stock checks being responsible for the parts stock at all times.
