Job Introduction

[Employer hidden] located in Avonmouth is on the lookout for a dedicated Parts Hub Sales Managerto join our friendly team providing exceptional levels of service to our customers. The position will see you leading the Parts Sales Centre Teams at Avonmouth and Gloucester:

5 days per week Monday to Friday 8.00am – 17.00pm

Salary - £33000 - £35000

OTE – up to £1000 per month based on KPI’s

As aParts Sales Centre Manager at [Employer hidden] in Avonmouthyou will be responsible for driving the teams in order to maximise all parts sales opportunities. We will be looking for you to be able to demonstrate:

•     Parts Sales experience
•     People management skills
•     High level of customer service skills
•     IT Literacy
•     Brilliant levels of communication written and verbal
•     Enthusiastic, Team Player, Flexible.

Main duties will be:

We require a Parts Sales Hub Manager who can oversee the parts hubs to

ensure the departments are optimised to deliver high sales volumes in a challenging environment, whilst delivering a thorough service to our customers and ensuring their vehicles are back on road within the shortest time possible.

•     To manage and maintain the smooth running of the departments.
•     To arrange staff rotas.
•     To grow parts sales in order to achieve targets.
•     To ensure department calls are answered promptly.
•     To ensure customers are informed of promotions.
•     To ensure all invoice queries are dealt with promptly.
•     To ensure online orders are actioned promptly.
•     To work closely with the HOP and OSS team to insure an industry leading standard.
