Job Introduction

[Employer hidden] located in Avonmouth is on the lookout for a dedicated Parts Delivery Driver to join our friendly team providing exceptional levels of service to our customers. The position will see you working:

Monday to Friday 08:00am to 17:30pm, Saturdays 7:00am to 12:00pm (on rota basis at overtime)

Salary - £26769.60pa

Bonus - £50 to £70 per month dependent on department targets

As aParts Delivery Driver at [Employer hidden] in Avonmouth we will be looking for you to be able to demonstrate:

• Experience in multidrop deliveries
• Knowledge of the local area
• Display a high level of customer service.
• IT Literacy
• Brilliant levels of communication written or verbal

Main duties will be:

We require an experienced Parts Delivery Driver who can provide a thorough service to our customers internally and externally to ensure our automotive customers vehicles are back on road within the shortest time possible.

• To ensure parts are delivered to customers in an efficient manner providing first class customer service.
• To make sure all the correct paperwork is completed, i.e., delivery, invoice and returns notes.
• To pick parts in line with customer requirements.
• To undertake training within the Parts Department and at our manufacturer partners
• To help maintain Stock management in the warehouse.
• Make sure Impress stock locations are replenished as required
• Build a rapport with existing parts customers to keep growing the important customer relationship and ensure they are serviced with the correct parts.
• Build relationships with conquest customers to grow our parts area of responsibility in keeping commercial vehicles on road.
• To drive the sales of seasonal products and deliver first class customer service to upsell products
