The position will see you working: 5 days per week Monday to Friday 8.00am - 18.00pm

As a Key Account Manager at [Employer hidden] in Carlisle we will be looking for you to be able to demonstrate: • Experience in customer account management • Truck knowledge • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written • Clear vision in achieving business goals • An ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with both colleagues and customers. • An understanding of the demands of the role and the time and attention needed to produce impressive results.

It would be advantageous if you had: • DAF Product experience

Main duties will be: As a [Employer hidden] Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers, identifying needs and requirements to promote our companies’ solutions and contributing to sustaining and growing our business. • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics • To enjoy your time as a Brilliant Colleague within [Employer hidden].
