Full Stack Developer - the opportunity

Using new technologies and techniques in data engineering will be key to a number of the company's new products, so this is an important role. We're looking for someone who has a good understanding of document-oriented databases - preferably MongoDB.

Full Stack Developer - responsibilities: -

Creating new features, from gathering requirements through to implementation & testing
Being the focal point for the team in terms of NoSQL/document-oriented databases and data engineering
Ensuring that data and database level designs are consistent and futureproof
Writing code that can be used across different applications
Writing data access code that is resilient and reliable
Working as part of a team to ship the highest quality software features

Full Stack Developer - requirements: -

Proven commercial experience in document-oriented databases, ideally MongoDB
Good understanding of SQL databases, ideally MySQL
Strong C# coding skills
Experience of REST API development (ideally in C# ASP.NET)
Some experience with managed Cloud databases, e.g. MongoDB Atlas or Azure SQL Server
Experience of ORM's, e.g. Entity Framework or Dapper, or able to build your own
