Hours:Monday and Tuesday 8:30am to 5:30pm, 1 in 2 Saturdays 9am to 4pm

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

Duties will include:

  • Respond to guest enquiries and manage holiday bookings across platforms
  • Provide accurate information on properties, locations, and availability
  • Handle booking amendments, cancellations, and payments
  • Support guests before, during, and after their stay to ensure a positive experience
  • Process guest payments, refunds, and security deposits accurately
  • Arrivals, Departures and Cancellations list Property & Owner Liaison
  • Communicate with property owners regarding bookings and guest feedback
  • Assist with property updates, availability, and presentation standards Social Media & Marketing Support
  • Create and schedule engaging social media posts across platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
  • Promote properties, seasonal offers, availability, and local attractions
  • Assist with taking property photos and short videos for social media use
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand tone and company guidelines
  • Respond to basic social media enquiries and direct them to the booking team Operations & Administration
  • Maintain accurate booking and guest records
  • Update calendars, pricing, and property information
  • Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance teams as required

Skills required:

  • Experience within sales and customer service.
  • Good telephone manner and positive attitude.
  • Tenacity and be a self-starter with the drive to succeed.
  • Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels.
  • Be responsive to change.
