The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting financial performance, working closely with the finance leadership team and a wide range of stakeholders. This is a varied position offering exposure across business partnering, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities - Prepare accurate monthly and quarterly management accounts to tight deadlines - Produce insightful monthly management reporting packs - Partner with internal stakeholders to provide meaningful financial guidance and support decision-making - Oversee stock control processes and reporting - Maintain and enhance robust internal controls - Deliver detailed analysis on departmental performance and margin reporting - Support budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with senior finance leadership - Contribute to ongoing process improvements, including reporting enhancements and system upgrades Candidate Profile - Fully qualified accountant (ICAS, ACCA, or CIMA) - Proven track record in preparing management accounts within a commercial environment - Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders - Advanced Excel skills - Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement What's on Offer - Salary up to £60,000 - Performance-related bonus - Hybrid working model - Flexible benefits package
