We are looking to hire an experienced recruiter to join our London-based team, specialising in senior appointments across the UK's leading Chartered Accountancy firms.

We are looking to hire an experienced recruiter to join our London-based team, specialising in senior appointments across the UK's leading Chartered Accountancy firms.

This is not a volume recruitment role.

We operate exclusively at the senior end of the market, delivering Senior Manager, Director, and Partner-level appointments across:

  • Audit
  • Tax
  • Corporate Finance

The Role:

You will work within a highly specialised team, partnering with some of the UK's most reputable accounting firms, supporting them on strategic hires that shape the future of their businesses.

The role will focus on:

  • Delivering retained and contingent searches at senior level
  • Building long-term relationships with Partners and senior stakeholders
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes with a consultative approach
  • Identifying and engaging high-calibre candidates across the market
  • Contributing to the continued growth and positioning of the team
