Hours: 40 hours per week, Mon - Fri

Location: Wymondham, Norfolk

What we are looking for

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to play a key role in driving the next stage of growth at [Employer hidden].

This is a newly created position, working directly alongside the Marketing Director, with a clear focus on generating high-quality leads across the business. You’ll sit at the centre of our commercial activity, working closely with sales, telemarketing, technical teams, and department managers to turn ideas into measurable results.

This role gives you real influence. You’ll be working directly with decision-makers, shaping how we approach marketing across the business, and seeing the direct impact of your work on growth.

If you’re someone who enjoys ownership, accountability, and the challenge of improving performance over time, this is a great opportunity to step into a role where you can make a genuine difference.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll take ownership of lead generation activity across multiple channels, with the autonomy to plan, execute and improve campaigns based on performance.

  • Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social, paid media and search
  • Work closely with sales and telemarketing to align marketing activity with commercial goals
  • Collaborate with design, content, development and department managers to deliver high-quality campaigns
  • Manage marketing projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
  • Analyse performance data and turn it into clear actions that improve results
  • Continuously test, learn and optimise campaigns to increase lead volume and quality
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and bring new ideas into the business

What you should bring

  • Experience managing marketing activity in a B2B environment, either agency or client-side
  • A strong understanding of lead generation and how marketing contributes to revenue
  • The ability to think strategically, but also execute and deliver
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and reporting on performance
  • Experience working across multiple departments and managing competing priorities
  • A genuine interest in marketing, performance and continuous improvement
  • Solid understanding of GA4 and marketing data, with the ability to interpret and act on it
  • A proven track record of generating leads through channels you have managed
  • Understanding of SEO and content strategy for lead generation

Extra skills that would be great

  • Hands-on experience running Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Microsoft Ads
  • Experience using CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) to track and improve lead quality
  • Experience working closely with sales teams to improve conversion from lead to opportunity
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and building lead nurturing workflows
  • Experience running or supporting webinars, events, or seminars
  • Familiarity with attribution models and measuring marketing ROI
  • Experience in a B2B services environment (especially agency, tech, or consultancy)
  • Experience managing budgets and forecasting marketing performance
