Business Development Manager - Risk Management Services

- National role, leading a team of 4 to champion the RMS consultancy propositions across [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] and the Agency Network

- Relationship building with 3rd party suppliers to ensure that contracts and services are delivered for our clients

- Accountability for business commission generated from these 3rd party suppliers

About the role

A relatively new role to champion our Risk Management Services consultancy propositions across the [Employer hidden] and the Agency Network. This would suit a proven relationship manager who can achieve results through working with others. This is a National role working with Agents of the [Employer hidden] and Regional Sales Teams and 3rd party product and service suppliers.

You will lead, facilitate and champion the distribution of all RMS 3rd party proposition sales. You’ll look to deliver successful pilots and rollout, acting as the single point of contact for Agents and Stakeholders. You’ll also be working with suppliers to deliver to targets, standards and contract terms, whilst striving to continually enhance the service and proposition offered to RMS customers.

RMS already provide a full range of health and safety services and in we are looking to develop our risk management proposition by offering a wider range of new services including motor fleet risks, cyber, business continuity, business interruption and also ESG including environmental, natural capital, and human resources.

The RMS Business Development manager will be responsible for the successful implementation and delivery of these newer services.
