FULL DESCRIPTION

Take on a permanent role with a company van, fuel card, and bonus opportunities, working as an Electrician carrying out repairs, maintenance, and electrical testing across domestic social housing properties. This role offers the opportunity to join a well-established in-house maintenance team responsible for maintaining over 35,000 homes across the region.

As an Electrician, you will be:

  • Carrying out electrical installations and upgrades within domestic properties
  • Completing electrical servicing, inspection and testing
  • Diagnosing faults and completing electrical repairs and maintenance
  • Ensuring all work is completed in line with current IET Wiring Regulations (BS 7671)
  • Maintaining electrical systems and appliances to a high safety and quality standard

I’d love to speak to anyone who has:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrotechnical Systems or equivalent (City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2)
  • Inspection & Testing qualification (City & Guilds 2391 / 2394 / 2395)
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (City & Guilds 2382)
  • Experience working within domestic or social housing maintenance as an Electrician
  • A full UK driving licence
