This role offers the chance to monitor and supervise various asbestos and water hygiene regulations. As the Compliance Contract Officer you will be: Monitoring and supervising various asbestos and water hygiene regulations Updating and maintaining the risk register Providing advice to customers, staff and contractors regarding risk areas Ensuring contractors meet or exceed KPIs and maintain a high standard of tenant liaison Qualifications the Compliance Contract Officer will need: Experience working within a social housing setting in a similar role.
