Ready to step up as an Assistant Contract Manager? We’re working with a leading maintenance contractor delivering a high-profile social housing contract—and they need a driven Assistant Contract Manager who can hit the ground running. If you’re already operating at Supervisor level or working as an Assistant Contract Manager, this is your chance to take real ownership, influence performance, and progress fast within a growing business.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Take control of day-to-day contract delivery, ensuring KPIs, SLAs, and client expectations are smashed
  • Manage engineers, subcontractors, and supply chain to deliver responsive and planned works efficiently
  • Drive performance, tackle issues head-on, and implement improvements across service delivery
  • Handle disrepairs, complaints, and operational challenges with confidence and professionalism

Desired Experience

  • 5+ years within Maintenance or Facilities Management
  • Experience as a Supervisor, Contracts Supervisor, or Assistant Contract Manager
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction, repairs, and compliance
  • Relevant qualifications (HNC or above) or solid hands-on experience
