Scheme Manager

Key Responsibilities of a Scheme Manager:

• Carry out regular wellbeing and keeping-in-touch visits with residents
• Conduct compliance and tenancy-related visits, including ASB follow-ups where required
• Identify and respond appropriately to safeguarding concerns
• Manage and resolve anti-social behaviour (ASB) in line with policy
• Support residents to maintain independence within a safe living environment
• Maintain accurate case notes and records
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies
• Cover a defined patch of approximately 100+ properties across schemes and dispersed homes

About You:

• Experience working with older people (55+) within independent living or sheltered housing
• Confident working independently across a geographical patch
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of housing management, safeguarding, and ASB
• Able to use initiative while following policies and procedures
• Enhanced DBS (essential)
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
