Estates Surveyor

Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage property disposals, including preparing and progressing assets for sale
- Deliver estates management across a varied leased portfolio (non-investment)
- Negotiate lease renewals and market available units
- Support and oversee a small team (circa 3–4 staff)
Desired Experience
- MRICS qualified (essential)
- Experience in local authority disposals or general estates management
- Strong landlord & tenant knowledge across varied property types
- Comfortable managing responsibilities autonomously in a remote setting
