FULL DESCRIPTION

Council Tax Officer

Our Officers are responsible for billing, collecting and recovering money owed to the Council, (Council Tax). They handle high volumes of telephone calls and work in a fast paced, busy and often pressurised environment where there is a strong focus on prompt and effective billing, collection targets, arrears management and customer service.

Job Introduction

  • Are you able to work 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday between the hours 8.30am to 5.00pm when required?
