Technical Analyst
[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is recruiting a Technical Analyst to join our lively Operation Support Group, working across the ICT Service Desk and 2nd Line Support team. In this varied and exciting position your role will be providing 1st and 2nd Line Customer Service to high quality standards using contact centre technology.

[Employer hidden] is recruiting a Technical Analyst to join our lively Operation Support Group, working across the ICT Service Desk and 2nd Line Support team.
In this varied and exciting position your role will be providing 1st and 2nd Line Customer Service to high quality standards using contact centre technology. You will log/co-ordinate customer calls and manage incident resolution, returning customer service to normal as quickly as possible with minimum disruption to the business. Working to agreed OLA/SLAs to ensure levels of availability and service are maintained, the post holder will apply ICT knowledge to resolve the incident or escalate for resolution.
The ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting, resolving and triaging a wide range of ICT issues, will be organised and comfortable working in a busy ICT environment. The ability to work as part of a team is essential, as well as being able to function as an individual.
