Service Analyst

Experienced ICT professional needed to design and deliver innovative technology solutions. Collaborate with ICT Business and Technical resources to design, document, and deliver high-quality documentation and business processes to support ICT based services and solutions implemented across the whole Council.

The Role:

Are you passionate about designing user-centred ICT services that make a real impact? We are looking for an experienced ICT professional to help shape and deliver innovative technology solutions across our organisation. You will work closely with ICT Business and Technical resources to design, document and deliver high quality documentation and business processes to support ICT based services and solutions implemented across the whole Council. The work you deliver will help to ensure that implemented ICT solutions are fit for purpose, deliver results and are fully supported. 

About you:

  • Experienced in working in an ICT environment
  • Skilled in collaborating with technical and business leads
  • A good understanding of how ICT support services are designed and implemented
  • Able to identify opportunities to improve business processes
  • Track record of producing and presenting high quality ICT support documentation
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and tasks in an organised and disciplined way

This role is fixed term to cover existing post holders who are covering limited term projects and will end 31st May 2027.
