Strategy Officer

Job Introduction
Job Title: Strategy Officer,
The Strategy Officer will be an experienced and skilled administrator, having previously worked in Children’s Services, who can work flexibly and pro-actively to support a busy social work team
The Strategy Officer will manage the Team Outlook Inbox, processing the requests submitted for Strategy discussions from within Liverpool Children Services and provide allocated slots to social workers for meeting requests, giving clear guidance and instructions
The Strategy Officer will arrange and set up multi-agency CASS strategy meetings within a small timeframe ensuring maximum attendance from all partner agencies
The Strategy Officer will attend CASS strategy meetings to take accurate understandable minutes, live minute taking skills are preferable
Input minutes onto the strategy discussion form on the LCS system
The Strategy Officer will support CASS/MASH with any additional business support tasks when needed
The role is office based, however following a probation period agile working can be discussed with the line manager.
