[Employer hidden] Solutions has an opening for a Senior Growth Manager to join our assessment practice in the UK working both virtually and in our London office.

What the day will look like

The key role of the Senior Growth Manager is to work consultatively with teams across Aon to deliver workforce transformation for our clients.

  • To manage a portfolio of strategic UK accounts – these might have a global aspect too, so expect to collaborate with global account leads
  • CRM and pipeline management, accurate forecasting of opportunities and management of your account portfolio
  • Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
  • Actively creating opportunities to get the [Employer hidden] message into the market e.g., through meetings, events, webinars, information networks and media channels
  • Understanding the competitive landscape and help us differentiate how we communicate our offers
  • Collaborating with colleagues across Aon to deliver on our Aon United strategy
  • Maintaining accurate sales pipeline data, tracking opportunities and updating contacts within our CRM
  • Managing the timeline delivery of sales documents when activating new projects
  • Supporting the wider sales team with expertise when creating solutions. An agile and dynamic working environment that is friendly, fun and collaborative
  • Trust and respect in an inclusive working environment
  • Openness to travel across the UK when and where needed
  • To share your expertise with the wider commercial team and develop your own skill set

This is a strategic role requiring a strong understanding of the employee lifecycle.

  • Knowledge of and experience in selling into HR buyers - ideally talent assessment and development solutions within the FSTE 250
  • A self-starter with entrepreneurial drive and ability to cope with ambiguity is essential
  • A good team player who enjoys working with a multi-cultural, likeminded team, who is collaborative
  • Growth mindset, with a willingness to learn
  • Resourceful and result-oriented approach
  • A people-oriented person with proven client development and relationship management experience
