Front of House & Fulfilment Job Opportunities

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is seeking new members to join their team for permanent and seasonal roles, starting in early May (subject to Covid-19). Experience in hospitality or retail is preferred, but training will be provided. A genuine desire to deliver warm hospitality and high-quality customer service is essential. Roles include Housekeepers, Bar staff, Receptionists, Tour guides, and Bottling and fulfilment operators.

Roles Include:

Housekeepers
Bar person
Receptionist
Tour guides
Bottling and fulfilment operators

Duties Include:

Providing a positive and friendly guest experience for all of our visitors
Managing presentation throughout our 5* visitor centre and accommodation
Checking in and welcoming guests
Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the distillery and our products to provide advice and recommendations as required.
Interact with customers, take orders and serve drinks in a professional manner
Working in our onsite warehouse bottling and fulfilling orders
