Vacancy for Trainee Dental Receptionist

An opportunity has arisen to play a vital role within an established dental practice with an excellent local reputation. Main responsibilities will be dealing with patient enquires, booking appointments and taking payments. Candidates will be competent in written and spoken English and have a good standard of numeracy. Evidence of relevant qualifications/grades will be required at interview. You will be expected to work to high standards whilst managing a busy workload and communicate well within a team. You will use dental software (Kodak R4), Microsoft Word/Excel and Gmail. Dental experience is not essential but a ‘can do’ positive attitude and an excellent work ethic is and the ability to create a fantastic first impression is paramount. All training will be provided.

Wage: £4.00 – 7.20 per hour (National Minimum Wage)

Hours: 39 Hours

Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 5.45pm

Friday 8.30am – 2.30pm

Location: 28a Whitegate Drive, Blackpool FY3 9AL & 359 Park Road, Blackpool

FY1 6QT

Duration: Permanent following six month probationary period

Start date: Tuesday 3rd January 2017
