The Role
We’re looking for a motivated and versatile Senior Marketing Executive to strengthen ELMS’ brand presence and expand our digital content offering. Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing, you’ll create engaging media, including training videos, advertisements, social posts, newsletters, and case studies. You’ll manage campaigns, ensure consistent brand messaging, and align marketing initiatives with business growth objectives. Digitally focused, this role blends creativity, strategy, and commercial awareness – ideal for someone ready to take ownership and make a tangible impact in a growing SaaS business.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of marketing and sales strategies to strengthen ELMS’ brand presence and drive engagement.
- Plan, manage, and deliver digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, web, and paid media channels using tools like Monday.com, Campaign Monitor, or Mailchimp.
- Manage and update website content (WordPress), ensuring an engaging and consistent user experience.
- Create compelling content for case studies, newsletters, social posts, and marketing collateral using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma.
- Produce video content showcasing product updates, training materials, and brand initiatives.
- Coordinate and promote ELMS’ participation in trade shows, webinars, and industry events, including pre- and post-event marketing activities.
- Collaborate closely with Development and Product and teams to highlight key product updates and how it delivers customer success.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and campaign performance metrics, using analytics tools to inform ongoing improvements.
- Support marketing reporting by tracking campaign performance, engagement, and other KPIs to demonstrate impact and inform decision-making.
About You
- 3+ years’ experience in marketing, ideally within SaaS, aviation, or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing, brand management, and campaign execution.
- Experienced in digital marketing, including social media, email campaigns, content creation, video production, and website management (WordPress).
- Proficient with marketing tools such as Canva, Campaign Monitor, HubSpot, or similar, and comfortable using analytics platforms to track performance such as Monday.com.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for brand consistency and engaging messaging.
- Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
