Job Description
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to demonstration, closing the deal, handover and follow up.
- Introduce additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM software and utilise existing database to prospect customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Provide excellent communication and phone etiquette throughout the customer journey.
- Work as part of a team to uphold physical and digital product presentation and standards.
- Work in line with FCA and Treating Customers Fairly Guidelines
Qualifications
- Proven experience in car sales or automotive retail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of CRM software is preferred..
- Organisational skills to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
- A passion for cars and delivering exceptional customer service.
