Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to demonstration, closing the deal, handover and follow up.
  • Introduce additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM software and utilise existing database to prospect customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Provide excellent communication and phone etiquette throughout the customer journey.
  • Work as part of a team to uphold physical and digital product presentation and standards.
  • Work in line with FCA and Treating Customers Fairly Guidelines

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in car sales or automotive retail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM software is preferred..
  • Organisational skills to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
  • A passion for cars and delivering exceptional customer service.
