Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] are currently seeking a Commercial Manager to join a forward-thinking, innovative leadership team within the MEP sector. Based primarily from a Central London office. As a Commercial Manager you will play a vital role in overseeing 3-4 key projects across Data Centres, Cat A and B fit outs, MEP installations, refurbishment projects and construction work within offices spaces, waste management facilities, lab refurbishments and high end commercial developments. Previous experience working within the MEP sector is vital to enable you to transition quickly. Projects range from £10m to £40m in value within the M25 area.
