MEP Project Manager We are currently looking for a Senior MEP Project Manager for our client who are an up and coming Tier 1 M&E Contractor operating in and around London.
Our clients projects tend to be worth up to around £20m M&E value and they operate across multiple sectors including residential, commercial, retail, theatre and studio projects so like MEP Project Manager ‘s with experience across any of these areas.

We are currently looking for a Senior MEP Project Manager for our client who are an up and coming Tier 1 M&E Contractor operating in and around London.
Our clients projects tend to be worth up to around £20m M&E value and they operate across multiple sectors including residential, commercial, retail, theatre and studio projects so like MEP Project Manager ‘s with experience across any of these areas.
This particular project is residentialconsisting of Fit Outand Shell and Core of 260 apartmentslocatedin theChelsea area. The M&E value of this project is £13m so we are looking to speak with Senior MEP Project Manager ‘s with a proven track record of delivering residential projects with M&E Values worth in excess of £10m.
The role will involve:
- Reporting into the MEP Project Director
- Overseeing a team of 5 Site Managers and Supervisors
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- RFIs
- Tech subs
- Risk Assessments
- Method Statements
Requirements:
- City & Guilds / NVQ / HNC / HND / Degree in Mechanical / Building Services
- SMSTS
- Black Card
The salary / rates for the successful MEP Project Manager will be between £75k and £85k plus package or up to £400 per day
