Mechanical Pre Construction Engineer We are currently on the lookout for a Mechanical Pre Construction Engineer to join one of our clients who are a up and coming Tier 1 M&E Contractor based just outside of and operating in and around London on a variety of projects types including Residential, Commercial and Industrial.

We are currently on the lookout for a Mechanical Pre Construction Engineer to join one of our clients who are a up and coming Tier 1 M&E Contractor based just outside of and operating in and around London on a variety of projects types including Residential, Commercial and Industrial.
The Mechanical Pre Construction Engineer will be working under and with the Operations / Pre Construction Director arranging, setting up and delivering the Pre Construction side of all new projects that come in to the business and handing them over to the site teams.
The successful Pre Construction Engineer will have the below:
- Experience in Pre Construction
- HNC, HND or Degree Level qualification in Mechanical / Building Services
- 3 years minimum experience in the Building Services / Construction Industry
- Experience in Procurement on Mechanical sub contractors and or materials
The salary for Mechanical Pre Construction Engineer role is dependant on experience and expertise but will range between £50k and £70k plus package.
