Due to Company expansion, we are recruiting for a Project Cooordinator within our Energi Division. The successful candidate will manage all client communications related to the project and liaise with the Engineering/Design team to ensure the project runs smoothly, meets specifications and is delivered on time and within budget. Job duties include:

• Acting as single point of contact and coordinate with clients on all project related matters.
• Organising and leading client meetings, presentations and status updates.
• Managing client expectations by providing clear, timely information on schedules, deliverables, and changes.
• Collaborating closely with Electrical Engineering/Design, Production and field Services teams to ensure project requirements are understood and executed.
• Tracking actual project costs against budgets and report variances.
• Mentoring and training junior Project Coodinator and Administration staff.

Skills and Experience

• A degree or HND / HNC in Engineering, project management or related field.
• Proven experience in managing projects from design through to installation.
• Health and Safety awareness.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent IT skills and proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
• Work to exceptionally high standards.
• Working as part of a team.
• A valid driving license.
