Junior Development Manager – Construction

Are you looking to build your career in construction development? We’re looking for a Junior Development Manager to join our growing team and support the delivery of exciting development projects from early feasibility through to handover.

What you’ll be doing

• -Supporting project managers with day-to-day coordination
• -Helping with feasibility studies, planning applications, and due diligence
• -Attending site visits and tracking project progress
• -Preparing reports, minutes, tender documents, and project updates
• -Coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams

What we’re looking for

• -A degree in construction, project management, engineering, real estate, or similar
• -Strong organisational and communication skills
• -A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
• -Good attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks
• -Experience or internships in construction/development (desirable, not essential)
