Administration – Administration Assistant
You will be supporting the residential team to ensure the office runs as efficiently as possible. A key part of the role will be answering the phones, taking messages and problem solving from calls that arise during the day. You will be asked to carry out administration duties such as typing, copying and any other day to day office tasks.

About the role
You will be supporting the residential team to ensure the office runs as efficiently as possible. A key part of the role will be answering the phones, taking messages and problem solving from calls that arise during the day. You will be asked to carry out administration duties such as typing, copying and any other day to day office tasks.
Previous administration experience within a busy environment is essential for this role as we need someone who can have an immediate impact. You will demonstrate highly developed organisation, planning and administration skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines. You will need excellent communication skills, IT skills and the ability to work on your own initiative.
You will work part time 30 hrs per week, 52 weeks of the year. Working hours will be Monday to Friday and we can discuss how these hours can be arranged.
