FULL DESCRIPTION

Charity Retail Shop Deputy Manager (Part time)

We are excited to share that we are continuing to expand our network of charity retail shops and will soon be opening a new shop in central Gloucester. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic retail deputy manager / supervisor to help build a new team whilst driving forward the launch of the new shop. Ideally coming from a charity retail or fashion retail background, you will use your creativity, communication and customer service skills to generate quality donated stock. It’s likely that you will understand merchandising, presenting clothing, homeware and books in a way that will encourage maximum sales. You will have the support of the store management team but it would also be desirable that you have some supervisory experience to help with the managing a team of volunteers.

Job details

Salary: £12.30 per hour

Role type: 52 Week

Hours of work: Part time (ideally 2 days per week)
