FULL DESCRIPTION

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is looking for an enthusiastic and efficient Catering Assistant to join our team providing a full catering service to our students. We have a staff minibus that runs from central Cheltenham and central Gloucester or plenty of parking on site if you prefer to drive.

This is a all year round post comprising of 8 hours per week To be worked on a Sunday 10.30 am - 6.30 pm. You may be asked to work additional hours or different shifts according to the needs of our students.

Working as an important part of the team, you will perform various duties including some food preparation, serving food, keeping the equipment and work areas clean, assisting the chef with the smooth running of the area, cash handling.

Previous experience in a catering / kitchen assistant role (ideally in residential care or school environment) is required for this role and a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is desirable.
